User no longer shows up in Adaxes after breaking on-prem sync

Question

I have a test user that was created on-prem and synced to Entra. Adaxes was able to manage just fine. I made the account cloud only, breaking on-prem sync. I deleted on-prem account and now Adaxes no longer sees this account. I checked under license management and user isn't there either. I forced a data sync to the O365 connection and still nothing. How can I manage this user again?

To help us troubleshoot the issue, please do the following:

• Provide a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. For information on how to view it, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment.
• Describe the changes that were made to the account in as much detail as possible, with screenshots and live examples.
• Specify whether your Microsoft Entra domain is registered in Adaxes (available under the Managed Domains node in the Administration console).

2. Used Microsoft Graph API to change the value of cloud user from false to TRUE. This makes the source of authority from on prem AD to Entra. { "isCloudManaged": true }
3. Entra domain is still registered. I can see other Entra users in there just fine.
