Is there a way to change the default site that shows up to adaxes instead of the IIS 7 default splash page?
Hello John,
Yes, this can be easily done in IIS.
Hello,
There is no such possibility in Adaxes. The only way is to actually rename the computer where Adaxes is installed. If you need that only for the Web interface component, you can change the bindings in IIS for the Web site that hosts Adaxes Web interface. The following Microsoft article might be helpful: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/configuration/system.applicationhost/sites/site/bindings/binding.
What about if you requite HTTPS, , for example
User access's https://ad.company.com
This does not seem to redirect to https://ad.company.com/Adaxes
As the Above is an HTTP redirect
That is also something that you should be able to configure using IIS redirects. Unfortunately, we were not able to find a dedicated article. You can try checking the official IIS web site: https://www.iis.net.
This can be setup using the HTTP Redirect option in IIS: On the computer where Adaxes Web Interface is installed, launch Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. In the Connections ... (301). In the Actions pane on the right, click Apply. Restart IIS.
Hello, When i'm trying to get exchange information on the adaxes site, it got the following error message: "The input object cannot be bound to any ... Tools installed on adaxaes server - Adaxes User has Exchange Administrator Rigths on the mailserver
We have a preoperty pattern for accepted Country names which has a list of codes. For our case country code VM which "Vietnam" and I believe based on some google research "Viet Nam" is also correct.
We are planning to use Adaxes in our environment and before proceeding, we need to understand the firewall port requirements for Adaxes service to work. What are the firewall ports needed between Adaxes and AD domain controller?
Starting from Adaxes 2023.2, Adaxes uses the EXOv3 PowerShell module for all operations in Exchange Online. This means basic authentication in WinRM can be disabled on ... s OAuth token because the client-side implementation of WinRM does not support OAuth.
