termination process

what would be the reason notifications to the respective party are getting multiple emails?

I have a termination custom command that will disable acct, reset pwd, move acct to OU and set expiration date.
if its voluntary or involuntary, it goes to a group of ppl.

the recipients are stating they are getting multiple emails and on the home screen it says "saving".

What is the process to remove the picture from the Name column?

My HR deparment has the ability to export users with managers report to Excel, however the user's picture in embeded into the name column and there is no way to remove it from the report nor from the Excel exported file. Please help.
