Hi everyone, we're getting the below error when enabling a user for Lync:
Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : WinRM cannot process the request. The following error occurred while using Kerberos authentication: Cannot find the computer ********************************. Verify that the computer exists on the network and that the name provided is spelled correctly. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.
When logged into the server as the Adaxes service account, I can open the Lync console and issue commands to the Lync pool just fine. I did notice however, that it takes some time for the Lync console to fully open and present me the command prompt.
We're using the 'out of the box' Lync enablement feature. Any ideas what might be going on?
