We are currently running version 3.7.10510.0

I have a user that is trying to run reports out of the web interface. When he tries to run any report he is receiving no objects to be found. I have created a test user that has the same groups and rights as him and I can run the reports with no issues.

Any idea why the user cannot see any results for the reporting?

Thanks.

Hello,

To be able to view objects, users need to be assigned appropriate permissions granted with the help of Adaxes Security Roles. The no objects to be found message means that the report cannot display any objects that the user can view. You need to check which Security Roles are assigned to the user and whether they grant sufficient permissions to view objects. For information on how to do this, see the following FAQ article: How can I view the permissions granted to a user?.

Also, pay attention that Deny permissions always override Allow permissions, so if any of the Roles grants permissions to view objects, and another Role denies the permissions, the Role that denies the permissions will always prevail.
