how can i re-enroll a user who as forgot the answers to the secret questions

Hello,

If the user knows their password, they can sign in to the Web Interface and re-enroll by themselves. In order for them to do this, the Password Self-Service component has to be enabled for the Web Interface. For information on how to enable the component, please, take a look at section Web Interface of this tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_SelfService_ConfigurePasswordSelfService.htm. You need to make sure that re-enroll option is available for the user in My Menu drop-down and/or the Password Self-Service card is enabled.

Require users to enroll before changing password?

We have users set to "require password at next login". Is there a way to require them to enroll before they can change the password? Or at least remove the option to dismiss in the enrollment window? Thanks

Hello, I'd like setup a new custom command on the Administrator dashboard that would run the following tasks against a disabled user account simultaneously. Enable their account ... the email when using the %unicodePwd% value. Is there a workaround for this?

Can we bulk enroll users with a phone number instead of a security question?

We would like to auto enroll our entire company into Adaxes for self service but do not want to use the question/answer format but instead their phone numbers (provided by HR department). Is this possible? Best, Evangelos
