Followed this tutorial https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_DelegatingPermissions_GrantRightsToModifySpecificProperties.htm, when logged into webpage cannot change any properties.

Could you, please, post here or send us (support[at]adaxes.com) a full screenshot of the Security Role?

What exactly do you mean by cannot change any properties? What steps do you take? Do you get any error messages? If so, please, post here or send us screenshots.

Also, please, make sure that there are no Security Roles denying the permissions for the user to perform the modifications. For your information, Deny permissions always override the Allow ones. For details on how to check Security Roles assigned to a user, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/?HowDoI.ManageSecurityRoles.ViewSecurityRolesUserGroupPerforms.html.
