Before Deactivation of an Account on the Webinterface our Help Desk need to change the AD User Description manually. Is it possible to force a manual change before deactivation ?

Hello,

Could you, please, specify how exactly deactivation is performed? If it is done via a Custom Command, you can use a parameter that should be filled in when executing the command and the text entered into the parameter will be added to the Description property of the user.
