Hi Adaxes Forum,

is it possible to Approve an Request by E-Mail? This would a great feature.

Starting with Adaxes 2020.1 it is possible to approve/deny request right from the email notifications. For details on how to enable the feature, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/EnableApproveViaLink.

Currently not, but the request is already in our backlog, and it is a very popular one. We'll keep it in mind when deciding on features for future releases.

Approve and Deny links don't work in the approval request email

I turned on the option to have "Approve" and "Deny" links sent in the approval request email. It seems to not be working through. Here is a screenshot of what it ... the link. I also tried using incognito mode in chrome. Same look. Appreciate the assistance!

Hi. I would like to know if there is way to send an email to HR once an account has been created or terminated by IT. The email should have the name of the user and there office location. Is this possible to be done?

Review and approve group members

I am looking for a way to make the Owners of groups review members in those groups every 6 months and approve\deny the members of said group. Flow would be something like this ... of the group. So if they didnt approve it, the user would no longer have access.
