Hello Morten,

As we understand, you want to register your Microsoft 365 tenant in Adaxes with credentials of a user account (User account option). Since Adaxes will use the account to perform all operations in the tenant, it is recommended to assign the user to the Global Administrator role or both the Exchange administrator and User administrator roles in Microsoft 365.
