Hi,

I have a scheduled task in place that is disabling accounts based on certain criteria's. When the task hits an account that is supposed to be disabled it modifies the description to for example 'Account has been disabled on XY' which works fine but it overrides the former value of the description field which I'd like to maintain.

So for example if description was "Test Account" new value should be "Test Account - Account has been disabled on XY"

What's in the attached screenshot didn't worked.

Actually, that should work. Can you post here a screenshot of the actions / conditions of your task?
