Could I please get some best practice tips on how to automate Distribution Group Membership in Adaxes please?

For example:

I have a group "UK Staff"
I have Tom and Dick who have the AD "Country" field set to UK
I would like to run a task each night that will add them to the UK Staff list

But..

Tom moves to the USA
I have a group "USA Staff"
I would like to run a task each night that will add Tom to the USA Staff list

But I also need to remove Tom from the UK Staff list automatically which is where I'm not clear of the right/neat way to do it?

Thanks :)

Are you using Exchange? Dynamic Distribution Groups will automatically keep themselves up-to-date, based upon whatever criteria you specify. For example, I might have a group called "New York Office Employees", which may be automatically compiled via the user's AD attribute 'City' being "New York City" and 'Department' being "Administration".

Is it possible with Adaxes to update a distribution groups membership based on the users in an OU? I know this is exactly what a dynamic distribution group is for, but for certain reasons I need this to be a normal distribution group not dynamic.
