Hello

After we have migrated Adaxes to a new server, we are seeing the following error, when a user is assinged to a group that needs to be aproved: image.png

Doing migration we did setup the new server to replicate from the old. And afterwards we unistalled adaxes from the old server.

Any suggestion on what is wrong? :-)

Hello,

What about the operations that do not require approval (e.g. creating and modifying user accounts)? Do you face any errors when executing them? If you do, please, provide screenshots. You can post them here or send to us at support@adaxes.com.

Hello.

I've just created a user without any problems, so creating new account does not seem to be a problem.

The weird thing is that the user is actully being added to group with out any appovement. Maybe it is some kind of fallback, so if the approval cannot be send, it will just add the user?

Please, make sure that the initiator is not on the approvers list and execute the operation again. How does it go in this case?

Hello

The initiator is not on the approvers list.

I've tried to change password on the user i created which also require approval - Here the password isn't changed and i get a similar error in the eventlog: image.png

The event log also show this error every 5 min: image.png

Hello,

Please, make sure that all the ports used by Adaxes are open and there is no protection software blocking the, For details on the ports, see https://www.adaxes.com/questions/20/what-ports-does-adaxes-use.

If the ports are open and the issue persists, please, provide us with a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. For information on how to view it, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment. Currently, it is not possible to manage Azure AD password policies via Adaxes. Cause Microsoft Graph API currently doesn't support password policy management. The issue is outlined here.
