Hello Nicolas,

For this purpose you need to create a Custom Command and execute it on all users.

i. Create Custom Command
To create a Custom Command that remove the When Marked Inactive attribute for a user:

  1. Create a new Custom Command.
  2. On step 2 of the Create Custom Command Wizard, select User.
  3. On step 3, add the Update the User action.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Expand the Property to modify drop-down list and select Show all properties.
  6. Select When Marked Inactive.
  7. Select Remove the property.
  8. Click OK 2 times.
  9. Double-click Always.
  10. Select If <property> <relation> <value>.
  11. Specify If When Marked Inactive is not empty.
  12. Click OK, then Next, then Finish.

ii. Execute the Custom Command on all users
To execute the command on all users managed by Adaxes:

  1. In the Console Tree of the Administration Console, navigate to and right-click the Active Directory node. Select Find.
  2. In the Type drop-down list, select User.
  3. Click Find Now.
  4. When search is complete, select all the users found (Ctrl+A).
  5. Right-click the user list and select All Tasks \ My Custom Command, where My Custom Command is the name of the command you created on step i.

I have struggled with this custom Adaxes property a little, because it is useful in deprovisioning. When looking at User accounts, the property works via a scheduled task or custom ... a bug? And, will it be possible to look at Adaxes properties in the GUI?
