Web Interface - Cutomize Operations - some text in German

Question

Hello,

as you can see in the attached picture some of the words are in English and some in German.
As I can oversee it's the only page with that behaviour - all other pages are in English.

Did you install German or English version of Adaxes?

What locale is configured on the computer where Adaxes Web Interface Customization Tool is installed?

sorry for the late response:
- we installed the English version of Adaxes
- the server settings (language, keyboard) are German

I'll send the backup in some minutes.

Hello Horst,

For troubleshooting purposes, check whether the Softerra.Adaxes.Web.UI.Configuration.resources.dll file is present in the de folder on the computer where the Web Interface is installed. By default, the folder is located in the C:\Program Files\Softerra\Adaxes 3\Web Interface\ folder.
If the file is not present, do the following:

1. On the computer where Adaxes Web Interface is installed, close Adaxes Web Interface Customization Tool.
2. Open Programs and Features from the Control Panel.
3. Right-click Softerra Adaxes and click Repair in the context menu.

we executed the repair function but the required dll is still missing.

What version of Adaxes are you currently using?

To check that, do the following:

1. Launch Adaxes Administration Console.
2. Right-click your service.
3. Click Properties in the context menu.
   
4. Adaxes version is displayed on the General tab.
   

Also, could you specify whether you have 64-bit or 32-bit version installed?
