Why is "Sort By" grayed out ?

Under "Browsing" it's grayed too ??

Hello,

This behavior is by design. Sorting and grouping is not available when selecting objects (e.g. on the user selection step of the Modify User Web Interface action).

Are there any plans to add the ability to select columns to sort results? i.e. when I look in my "Users" OU it would be really handy to be able to sort by job title or department or any other AD attribute. Running 2013.2.

The rule runs but since the first name and last name are passed as parameters, I only get the sequential # as a userID without the initials.
