Hello Jeet,
Currently, you can do this by adjusting permissions for helpdesk users. You can hide the areas of the AD that you don't want them to be able to browse with the help of Security Roles. Take a look at the following tutorial for information on how to do this: http://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_Delegat ... mUsers.htm. However, keep in mind that if you hide certain objects from users with the help of Security Roles, the users won't be able to see the objects anywhere in Adaxes, neither in the Administration Console, not in the Web Interface.
Also, in the Active Directory Pane of the Web interface, you can build your own custom AD structure. So, you can, for example, disable the Browse button for the Help Desk Web interface to force them use the Active Directory Pane, and customize the Active Directory Pane to show only the objects they need to see. For information on how to implement this, see Configure the Active Directory Pane and step 6 in Disable Specific Web Interface Components.
We have a feature to filter objects in the AD tree of the Web Interface in our TODO list. It will be available in one of the future releases.
