Hello Lucas,

For Adaxes to display Office 365 and Exchange Online properties of a user, the user should be included into the associated scope of an Office 365 tenant registered in Adaxes. For details on how to register a tenant and configure its scope, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_ActiveDirectoryManagement_ManageAndAutomateOffice365.htm#tenant.

We followed those steps. We have the Office 365 Information. Also, we setup adaxes before we went into Hybrid with Exchange Online. For any on-premise users it displays and allows us to manage the exchange accounts. Once migrated we get the message about not finding the account on the DC.

Hello Lucas,

For troubleshooting purposes, please, enable tracing of requests sent to Exchange servers, reproduce the issue and send us (support[at]adaxes.com) the log file. For information on how to enable the tracing, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/?HowDoI.PerformExchangeTasks.TraceExchangeRequests.html.

Also, please, post here or send us a screenshot of the Office 365 tab in the properties of a user for which the issue occurs. To take the screenshot:

  1. Launch Adaxes Administration Console.
  2. In the Console Tree, expand your service node.
  3. Navigate to and right-click the user.
  4. In the context menu, click Properties.
  5. Activate the Office 365 tab. image.png
  6. Take a screenshot and provide it to us.

I have this same issue, so if you know the solution, can you please post.

Thanks,

Hi, I recently upgraded Adaxes from 2021.1 to 2023.2, and after the upgrade, an LDAP filter for retrieving the groups a user is owner of, stopped working. The reason ... attribute instead, like this: It works, but sadly it is quite slow. Best regards Martin
