Hi

We would like to remind users if they have an outstanding request to approve. I know we can manually send a reminder e-mail on the request.

Is there any way we can automatically remind the user by e-mail trough a scheduled tasks, if for example, a request is waiting for longer than 7 days?

Thanks, Mario

Hello Mario,

Yes, it is possible. Have a look at the following article in our script repository: https://www.adaxes.com/script-repository/notify-users-on-requests-awaiting-their-approval-s212.htm.
