Hello,

I would like to use pre-defined security groups
- Domain User
- Authenticated User
- Owner (Managed By)
for the Access Control during the login.
But I have no clue how to define this - all my attempts have failed :(

Many thanks,
Horst

Hello Horst,

There is no possibility to use Security Roles to control access to Web interfaces. You need to use Web interface Customization tool. For details, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_WebInt ... erface.htm.

Hello,

sorry about my unclear question. :(
I would like to use the mentioned groups in the Adaxes Web Interface.
But I have no clue how to define because of the spaces in the groupnames.

Sorry again,
Horst

Hello Horst,

For the Access Control configuration, it makes no difference whether there are spaces or not. You just need to enter groups in the required format separated by commas. For example:

Hello,

I already tried these possibilities before - the result was always the same "Access is Denied" :?:

Hello Horst,

Make sure you use values of the sAMAccountName (Group Name (pre-Windows 2000)) property. If you use values of the cn (Group Name) property, Access Control settings will not work.
