Web Access Control

Hello all,

We've upgraded our Adaxes from 2017 - 2018. One of the sub-sites that have been configured is an "administrator" portal. This portal is restricted to members of a specific Security Group, "Adaxes-admins" (per se). It is working fine in the 2017 instance, but gives an "Access Denied" when trying to login to the new instance. I can remove access control and login without a problem, however when AC is set for a Security Group, no access.

I've looked at the group itself and my account is a direct member of the group, there are nested groups, but I wanted to rule out nested groups as a possibility.

Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated.

For troubleshooting purposes, could you, please, post here or send us (support[at]adaxes.com) a screenshot of the Web Interface Access Control settings? We need something like the following:

I can't provide exact details in the public forum, but my access control screen looks exactly like what you have posted, except "MyGroup" is replaced with the group that we would like to allow access to.

Could you, please, make sure that the group is specified under the Allow specific users and groups only option and not under the Deny access for specific users and groups one? If you are not sure, please, send a screenshot to our support email: support[at]adaxes.com.
