Access control issues

Question

I'm working on building a Telecom web interface for the telecom team at work. I am only have one issue and that's with access control to change the IP phone number. On some of the user accounts it's working fine on other accounts its grayed out. My domain admin account works for all IP phones but my non-elevated account has this issue. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

Hello,

To be able to edit properties of AD objects, users need to be granted appropriate permissions with the help of Adaxes Security Roles. For information on how to assign the permissions, see Grant Rights to Modify Specific Properties of AD Objects.
