Check number of users for licensing
Adaxes is licensed in packages based on the number of enabled and not expired user accounts in all managed domains. To check the current number of enabled and not expired users managed by Adaxes:

Launch Adaxes Administration console.

On the computer where Adaxes Administration console is installed, open Windows Start menu.

Click Adaxes Administration Console.

In the Console Tree, right-click the Adaxes service (the
icon represents service nodes). -
In the context menu, click Properties.

The current number of all enabled and not expired user accounts will be displayed in the Licensing section. You can click the number to view the list of all such accounts.
You can restrict which user accounts are managed by Adaxes. Unmanaged accounts are ignored during license validation. For details, see Add users to the unmanaged accounts list.
If you register a Microsoft Entra domain and a synchronized Active Directory domain in Adaxes, synchronized users will only be counted once towards the license limit.
