View service event log

Since the Adaxes service runs in background, error, warning and information messages are not displayed to a user, when they occur. The events are logged in the system event log called Adaxes. To view the log:

  1. On the computer where Adaxes service is installed, open Windows Start menu.

  2. Type Event Viewer and press Enter.

  3. Expand Applications and Services Logs and select Adaxes.
