Grant permissions to view password self-service statistics

To create a security role that will grant the permissions to view the statistics of password self-service enrollment, self-password resets and user blocking:

1. Launch Adaxes Administration console.

   • On the computer where Adaxes Administration console is installed, open Windows Start menu.

   • Click Adaxes Administration Console.

     

2. In the Console Tree, expand the Adaxes service node (the icon represents service nodes).

3. Expand Configuration.

4. Right-click Security Roles.

5. In the context menu, navigate to New and click Security Role.

6. On the Permissions step, click Add.

7. Select Only selected object types.

8. Select Show all objects types.

9. Select PasswordSelfServiceStatistics.

10. In the General permissions list, select the View Password Self-Service Statistics permission and the Read permission in the Allow column.

11. Click OK.

12. Click Add to add one more permisison.

13. Select Only selected object types.

14. Select Container.

15. In the General permissions list, select the Read permission in the Allow column.

16. Click OK and then click Next.

17. On the Assignments step, click Add.

18. In the wizard that opens, select the users and groups whom you want to assign the permissions to.

19. Click Next.

20. On the Select Assignment Scope step of the wizard, select Configuration Objects.

21. Click OK.

22. Click Finish twice.
