Grant permissions to unblock users for password self-service

To create a security role that will grant the permissions to unblock users for password self-service:

1. Launch Adaxes Administration console.

   • On the computer where Adaxes Administration console is installed, open Windows Start menu.

   • Click Adaxes Administration Console.

     

2. In the Console Tree, expand the Adaxes service node (the icon represents service nodes).

3. Expand Configuration.

4. Right-click Security Roles.

5. In the context menu, navigate to New and click Security Role.

6. On the Permissions step, click Add.

7. Select Only selected object types.

8. Select User.

9. In the Property-specific permissions list, select the Write 'Unblock Password Self-Service' Property permission in the Allow column.

10. Click OK.

11. Click Next and follow the instructions in the wizard.
