Register a managed domain

Launch Adaxes administration console.
How

On the computer where Adaxes administration console is installed, open Windows Start menu.

Click Adaxes Administration Console.

In the Console Tree, expand the Adaxes service node (the
icon represents service nodes).

Right-click Managed Domains.

In the context menu, navigate to New and click Managed Domain.

Select the type of the domain you want to register, and follow the instructions in the wizard.
If you are registering a Microsoft Entra domain, Adaxes will start caching Microsoft Entra ID data immediately after completing all the steps in the domain registration wizard. This can take a while, depending on the number of objects in your domain. You can click the Hide button to continue working with the administration console while Adaxes caches data in the background.
Unregister a managed domain

Launch Adaxes administration console.

Click Adaxes Administration Console.

In the Console Tree, expand the Adaxes service node (the
icon represents service nodes).

Expand Managed Domains and right-click the domain you need.

In the context menu, click Unregister.
